We are pleased to announce the launch of a brand new programme Positive Pathways we will be working with Lister Community School over the academic year.

With the support of JP Morgan Chase a part of the firm’s $350 million global commitment to the future of work, the project will work with 500 pupils across boroughs and 100 of those students from Lister Community School to support them to re-engage in their learning, which has been significantly disrupted due to the impact of the COVID-19.

This programme seeks to increase motivations and confidence within pupils and helps raise awareness of education, training and employment pathways after compulsory level in education. It will also provide each pupil with a brand new technology device and data to help address the digital divide issue affecting a large number of pupils. The digital support will enable them to develop their digital skills, participate in project activities and engage in further learning outside the classroom

This exciting programme focuses on four themes:

  • Academic support
  • Personal development and wellbeing
  • Employment
  • Post 16- 18 options; employability skills and career readiness

We are looking forward to working with the pupils at Lister Community School and seeing the students achieve their very best in participating in this programme.
