Sug is the founder and managing director of Testhouse, a leading software testing and DevOps solutions provider. Established in 2000 it now operates across Europe, India, the USA and the Middle East. He started his working career as an Electronics Engineer with GCHQ, Cheltenham and progressed into programme management while working for Digital Equipment Corporation, Bank of America, Centrica and Deutsche Bank.
Sug also serves as an advisory panel member for the Winmark Global CEO Network. He graduated from University of Ulster at Coleraine with a degree in Electronics Engineering. Sug is also a member of 15billionebp Finance and General Purposes Committee
Jenny is involved in providing consultancy, raising standards in education and advising on setting up alternative provision free schools. Prior to this she was Principal for over 15 years at The Skinners’ Company’s School for Girls and then the Skinners’ Academy. Her work in setting up and leading this academy to achieve outstanding attainment for students is widely recognised.
Jenny is also the 15billionebp lead trustee for Safeguarding and also sits on the Finance and General Purposes Committee.
Charles Belcher’s life-long career has been in the transport industry ,principally in rail where he was Managing Director of a number of train operating companies including Virgin Trains West Coast. He was also a Board Member of Transport for London for 8 years and chaired its Safety and Environmental Panel.
Within the Charity arena he was Chair of The Railway Ball Ltd (fund raising for the Railway Children charity) and is currently chair of Potton Consolidated Charity where he lives in Bedfordshire.
David has over 15 years’ experience at Laing O’Rouke where he is currently a Bid Leader.
Gaynor is the Senior Director for Human Resources at Tate & Lyle Sugars (part of the ASR Group) where she has worked for over 15 years. She has extensive experience in operational and strategic Human Resources including employee relations and change management.
Gaynor graduated from the University of Greenwich with a degree in Human Resource Management and is a chartered member of the CIPD.
Jessie has over 10 years’ experience of working in the Corporate Social Responsibility arena including developing and running programmes for young people at risk. She is currently The Socio Economic Stakeholder Manager for Lend Lease. She obtained a Masters degree from the University of Salford in Housing Management Policy and prior to this a BA in Combined Studies from the University of Manchester.
Rob has worked at Thames Water for over 10 years. He is currently employed as the Customer Delivery Operations Manager where he is responsible for the 24/7 supply of drinking water to 2 million Thames Water customers as well as leading the change management required to facilitate the largest alliance of contracts ever awarded by the water industry. He originally graduated from London South Bank University with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering prior to gaining an Executive Diploma in Management, Business and Management Marketing and Related Services Level 7 from the Chartered Management Institute and in 2015 a Master’s in Business Administration from the Open University.
Simon has more than 25 years’ experience in advising UK and international corporate clients on their acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures across a wide range of sectors.
He has been a partner at Clifford Chance since 1996 having been previously admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1991 and graduating from Exeter University in 1986.
Sundeep’s career began in branch banking in East London having moved from Ireland to London in 1987. He enjoyed a 30-year career with Barclays and Standard Chartered and was formerly, Global Head of Internal Audit, Co-Head of Wholesale Banking and Managing Director Global Markets South Asia and North Asia, prior to that Group Chief Credit Officer Wholesale Banking based in Singapore and London.
Sundeep has also supported community engagement programs in teaching financial education to school students and formerly a guest lecturer to students on the HKUST MBA on Ethics and Management Dilemmas.
He is also a board member/ Trustee with Community Savings Bank, a Mentor with Virgin Start-up supporting young entrepreneurs as well as providing pro bono advisory work for small businesses.
